ALLOY STEEL T91 TUBE has various features like dimensional accuracy, rust resistance, rugged construction, high tensile strength, durability, ductility, cryogenic strength, surface finish, and more. To atmospheric corrosion, these tubes offer excellent resistance. It also offers outstanding machinability and workability properties. P91 grade has 1 percent Molybdenum and 9% tungsten present in it. The molybdenum present in this tube maintains the strength as well as hardenability, resistance to wear, and elastic limit. High temperature creep strength is enhanced by Moly that is the most effective single additive.

We supply ALLOY STEEL T91 Seamless tube, Boiler tube, tube, welded tubes, EFW tubes, ERW tubes, Round tubes, etc. To meet the special surface requirements, wall thickness tolerances, close diameter these T91 tubes are supplied. It is magnetic as it is from a family of authentic grade. Even at elevated temperatures, this grade boiler tube can withstand in the high-velocity water area.

The alloy steel offers low thermal expansion at high temperatures, high heat transfer, and allows heat resistance to thermal fatigue. The ALLOY STEEL T91 TUBE offers many excellent features and properties because of that these tubes are used in many industries for different application purposes. Packaging of Products

Packaging is an essential part a very important part of the shipping process and is done to preserve the product from being damaged during transport, handling and storage. We offer a variety of packaging options. In addition, we have built the capability to individually tube, individually collar, paper wrap the materials, use a wooden box or any combination of these options depending upon our customer's preferences. We pack all our products in high density polythene sheets to preserve their flawless surface during transportation and distribution. The materials are first wrapped by signode wrapping, bundled in thin plastic sheets and thereafter packed in high density polythene sheets as a result giving double protection to the product. Large sizes product is wrapped in bundles. For small sizes, the product is packed in wooden boxes and then wrapped in high density polythene sheets so as to maintain the products. Besides the above standard packing, we also provide products in customized packing as per the specific requirement of the customer:- Tubing of each material in plastic foil (popularly known as Tube Packing) and then such product bundled together in high density polythene sheets bundles. Two strong materials lifting straps are wrapped around bundles so that unloading of the bundles is easy from box containers.
